Publisher Payment Terms

Get Rewarded for Every Qualified Call.

We know cash flow is the engine of your digital advertising and SEO operations. Discover how our biweekly payout cycle, call qualification rules, and verification standards operate.

Predictable Biweekly schedule

Disbursements are calculated on a standard biweekly cycle (every two weeks) for all verified qualified calls generated during the billing period, ensuring steady capital for ongoing media buying.

Ringba Verified Tracking

All call durations, connected timestamps, qualification checks, and conversions are measured transparently through the Ringba call tracking infrastructure.

Global Payment Rails

We accommodate worldwide publishers via agreed payment rails: International Wire Transfer, Wise, Payoneer, ACH, or PayPal, established during initial partner onboarding.

What Governs Call Qualification & Eligibility?

Our call buyers and service partners compensate publishers strictly for genuine consumer opportunities. To be deemed a qualified, payable call, the interaction must meet the following criteria:

  • ✓
Qualification Criteria The call must come from a genuine homeowner with a real service need.
  • ✓
Unique Caller ID (Non-Duplicate) The caller must be a distinct phone number not previously recorded on the campaign within the 30-day deduplication window.
  • ✓
Geographic Match The caller's area code and geographic location must correspond with the active buyer's designated US service boundaries.
  • ✓
Authentic Residential Intent The caller must have a legitimate need for the specific home service. Job seekers, solicitation, wrong numbers, and misdials are non-billable.

Invalid & Duplicate Call Policies

To preserve network integrity and protect buyers against fraud, CallBridge USA enforces a zero-tolerance policy against:

Prohibited: Incentivized Calls Offering monetary rewards, gift cards, or prizes in exchange for calling tracking numbers is strictly forbidden and results in immediate termination.
Prohibited: Robocalling & Autodialers Any automated dialing, prerecorded voice blasts, or spoofed caller ID traffic violating the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is blocked.
Prohibited: Misleading Ad Creative Promising free services or pretending to represent a local municipality/government entity to bait phone calls will lead to campaign suspension.
Prohibited: Call Stuffing / Artificial Holding Employing callers to artificially maintain dead air or delay hang-ups to manipulate qualification checks is treated as fraudulent.

Payment Setup & Minimum Thresholds

Payment rails, billing cutoffs, currency preferences, and minimum payout thresholds (typically $100–$250 depending on the selected disbursement method) are coordinated and finalized with your assigned affiliate manager during partner onboarding.
