Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully prior to using the CallBridge USA website or submitting an application to join our publisher network. By accessing this website or applying to become a partner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Network Identity & Nature of Services

CallBridge USA is an international performance marketing and publisher recruitment platform. CallBridge USA is NOT a home services contractor or repair company. We recruit, review, and onboard independent publishers, media buyers, SEO specialists, and agencies to connect prospective consumers seeking residential services across the United States with independent service providers and call buyers.

2. Publisher Applications & Approval Discretion

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the CallBridge USA network. We reserve the absolute right to approve or decline any applicant based on our evaluation of traffic quality, promotional methods, historical track record, and current buyer capacity.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, and textual content displayed on this website are the proprietary property of CallBridge USA or their respective holders. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Publisher Representations & Warranties

Each applicant and approved publisher represents and warrants that:

• All registration and contact information submitted is truthful, accurate, and kept current.
• Promotional activities strictly comply with all relevant local, federal, and international advertising regulations, including the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FTC guidelines, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• You will not generate, route, or deliver incentivized calls, autodialed robocalls, artificial holding patterns, or misleading marketing claims.

5. Biweekly Payouts & Disputed Calls

Publisher compensation is contingent upon verified qualified calls as recorded in our Ringba tracking architecture and confirmed by call buyers. Calls failing to meet qualification criteria, geographic parameters, unique caller thresholds, or intent standards are deemed non-payable. Specific payout amounts, billing cycles, and thresholds are communicated during partner onboarding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallBridge USA, CEO Tahir Choudhary, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the network, telephone carrier outages, or buyer campaign pauses.
