Publisher Agreement & Traffic Guidelines

Last Updated: November 2026 | CallBridge USA Network Standards

This Publisher Agreement and Traffic Guidelines document ("Agreement") sets forth the obligatory operational standards for all publishers, affiliates, agencies, media buyers, and call centers partnering with CallBridge USA.

1. Fundamental Quality Standard

CallBridge USA delivers genuine inbound consumer demand to home service contractors and call buyers across the United States. Every call generated through our Ringba tracking numbers must originate from a real, living person in the United States who has an authentic, immediate interest in or need for the advertised home service (e.g. plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical).

2. Inbound and Live Transfer Campaign Types

CallBridge USA purchases two distinct call models from authorized publishers:

A. Inbound Call Campaigns

Generated when a consumer directly dials a publisher-promoted Ringba tracking phone number from an approved promotional asset (e.g. search ad, local SEO page, or verified click-to-call funnel). The customer must voluntarily initiate the telephone call seeking the specified home service.

B. Live Transfer Campaigns

Generated when a publisher or contact center acquires and pre-qualifies an interested prospect through compliant digital inquiries or permitted telemarketing methods. The publisher must speak directly with the consumer, confirm that the caller owns or occupies the residential property, verify genuine interest in the specific home service, obtain explicit consent to transfer the call, and transfer the consumer live in real time to the buyer endpoint. Not all outbound calls are live transfers; blind transfers, unconsented transfers, or cold outbound dialer drops are strictly forbidden.

3. Permitted Traffic Sources

Unless specifically restricted in a particular campaign's onboarding brief, publishers may generate calls via:

  • Paid Search / PPC: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Search text ads, Call-Only assets, verified local extensions).
  • Organic Search & SEO: High-ranking search assets, localized landing pages, and directories.
  • Paid Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube video ads driving to compliant click-to-call funnels.
  • Native & Display: Advertorials and pre-landing pages with clear service disclaimers.
  • Inbound Contact Centers: Compliant warm transfers or customer callbacks resulting from explicit consumer inquiries.

4. Strictly Prohibited Traffic Practices

Engaging in any of the following practices will result in instant account termination, forfeiture of pending balances, and permanent network ban:

  • Incentivized Calls: Paying cash, gift cards, points, or contest entries to entice individuals to place calls or remain on the phone.
  • TCPA Violations & Robocalls: Using autodialers, prerecorded voices, or artificial intelligence voice clones to make unsolicited outbound consumer calls without prior express written consent.
  • Misleading / Deceptive Ad Copy: Falsely claiming to represent government agencies, utility departments, or manufacturer brand warranties without authorization.
  • Call Stuffing & Artificial Delay: Instructing or employing individuals to maintain dead air or intentionally delay disconnection to manipulate qualification checks.
  • Caller ID Spoofing: Falsifying caller identification headers or routing calls through unauthorized relays.

5. Call Recording Disclosures

In accordance with US federal and state telecommunications laws (including two-party consent jurisdictions), calls routed through Ringba may include an automated introductory recording disclosure (e.g., "This call may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes."). Publishers agree not to interfere with or attempt to bypass these compliance announcements.

6. Qualified Call Metrics & Compensation

Publisher earnings are calculated strictly on qualified calls. A call is deemed qualified only when it satisfies all campaign requirements recorded inside Ringba, including:

  • Meeting the campaign qualification criteria.
  • Originating from an eligible US geographic area (state/zip code).
  • Representing a unique caller within the campaign deduplication window.
  • Transferring a legitimate home service inquiry to the active buyer.

7. Biweekly Settlement & Audit Rights

Payouts are processed every two weeks (biweekly) according to agreed onboarding terms. CallBridge USA reserves the right to audit traffic sources, request landing page URLs, review ad creatives, and inspect call audio recordings to verify campaign integrity. Invalid calls or verified fraudulent activity identified during buyer audits may be deducted from current or subsequent disbursements.
